Nice place with cozy beds, free Wi-Fi, and great 24-hour service. They even helped with plug adaptors during my first stay-such a nice gesture! Highly recommend for a hassle-free stay!

The units are fine, brand-new with the jacuzzi, televisions plus the bathroom. There is a great selection of fine food for breakfast.
The bathrooms are dirty.

The accommodating staff on night shift provided all the necessary info. Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of Niagara Golf Trail. Besides, we were really close to restaurants, the Goodwill stores and Hilton Head Island;)))

For the price, a value
The night mgr was unbelievable. No personality at all. Was in the lobby twice that night and he was doing laps around the furniture....a bit strange. He was a bit scary.

The room smelled like mildew and mold. The air conditioning blew out a horrible smell and the carpet was old, stained and also smelled moldy!! I came through on business and couldn't even stay the entire night because of the horrible smell. I left at 3AM because it aggravated my allergies so badly!! I wouldn't recommend, and neither would I stay there again!!

The main beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly.
Could have cleaned in the corners, behind dresser and bed in the sleeping area. A bit dusty.

Price clean
One attendant at the desk was a poor representative. Attitude could be characterized as neutral at best. Later there was another person on the desk and they were much better. Kind of a 'dumpy " area This was deinitely a no frills place - But was adequate.

Greatly enjoyed the place, had a wonderful stay on road trip. Double room was large and brand-new. All of the staff was very pleasant and superbly friendly. Our location was nice and perfect close to highway exit. Popped in The Bar-b-q Grill for shots before sleep, it was not too far away from the venue👍❤

We were happy there was a king bed available.
The room was clearly labeled non-smoking but there was a strong smoke odor. The room was shabby at best.

Really good Stay with Excellent Service!
The staff provided perfect service, especially the friendly front desk clerks were pretty good to ensure my family was comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious hot breakfast each morning. Don't miss out on their made-to-order omelets for a perfect start to your day!

I would not recommend this hotel. First of all, the linen on the bed look like it had not been changed. The pillow cases looked dirty and it was hair in the covers. The morning I was to leave, I called to the desk to ask for an iron and was told they didn't have one. Also, the gentleman at the desk was very rude and unprofessional. I didn't feel safe because people was hanging around in the parking lot. Also, housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:15 a.m. to clean the room! Like I said I will never and wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there!
Not clean. Linen had not been changed. No iron. Staff rude and unprofessional. Strange ppl hanging out in parking lot at night. Housekeeping knocking on door too early to clean room. Overall, hated my stay. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!
